Richard Stoddard is the Managing Director for Stoddard Group International with over 30 years of experience in acquisitions, financing, job-costing, development, equity, management, real estate development and investment, operations, and sales. He directed Stoddard Construction for over 30 years and constructed, developed, owned, and managed over 7,000 units of apartments, homes, condos, commercial, land, hotels and industrial, in multiple states. Mr. Stoddard has a Masters in Accounting from Brigham Young University and held a position as the Chief Financial Officer for a large steel manufacturer. He specializes in financial modeling, accounting, consultation and tax planning.
